Bany Leonstarted her career in real estate and mortgage industry as a Real EstateSalesperson after obtaining her real estate license in 2004 from Long andFoster Realty School in Fairfax VA. Sheworked as a Real Estate Salesperson for several years providing advice to avariety of clients on real estate investments and giving each client a chanceto own their dream home. She also, hadthe opportunity to develop and streamlined a handbook for advising clients andagents on Real Estate law and tax issues. Her interest peaked towards the lending industry once she started workingas a loan processor for a mortgage lender in 2007. She became a Mortgage Banker right after andhas worked with many Real Estate Brokers hand in hand helping borrowers findtheir right home.
With over 20years of experience in the real estate and mortgage lending industry, Bany hashandled and oversaw many transactions which addressed client’s needsindividually as required. She is verydetail-oriented, well organized and has the ability to multi-task whenrequired. She understands the needs,concerns, goals that each client brings to her and helps resolve difficultissues that may arise. Bany, considershow difficult and stressing buying a home might be, with her extensiveexperience she is able to guide each client on a personal level through these difficultmoments making them be as smooth as possible.
Bany haslived and worked in Northern VA for more than 30 years. Bany and her husband enjoy the outdoors,snowboarding, skiing, camping, running, and picnics are just a few activitiesthey love. With her husband being aformer Marine, they love to volunteer and take part in different charities,fundraisers, foundations and organizations that help Veterans.
